How we estimate
We measure the boundary on site, agree the line and the height with you, and check what is in the ground. Old concrete footings are the most common hidden cost in fencing, and the reason a price given over the phone is usually wrong.
You then get a written, itemised estimate: labour, materials, waste removal and any groundwork, separated out so you can compare it properly against anyone else's.
